CROSSOVER RUNNING

Looking to stay in shape in the off-season? Run a personal best? Just wondering if you can finish? We want you to be on the Crossover Running Team. We are kicking of the Crossover Endurance youth running team. We welcome all ages and skill levels.

Our program consists of 8-10 week training seasons for runners. We will focus on teaching athletes that running is fun as well as educate them on the sport of running, nutrition, and living a healthy lifestyle . Practices will begin March 22nd with options for a couple of races. Click on the link below for all the program details.
